This hotel was perfect for a weekday. The location is right in Trafalgar Square and the Ubers came right across the street from the hotel. You can get wine in the lobby in the evening and pastries and coffee in the morning or go around the corner and enjoy good oatmeal and other options reasonably priced. The staff were plentiful and very, very helpful. I had one issue with the tea maker and they were there within the hour to take a look. The shower felt great and the beds were comfortable.

Great central location. The hotel was dated. There was different colored paint in areas of the ceiling that looked like it could be from water damage. The shower door leaked water on the floor and the plastic guard needed replacement as it was orange. I expected more for the price. I was supposed to receive 20% off food and the hotel refused to honor it stating it did not apply to certain meals, but that was not in the reservation details. I found front desk staff not professional. There are better options in the area.
