"The hotel itself smelled, the hallways and rooms. Our room smelled very musty and damp. The beds were clearly not cleaned, the towels were damp and had hair on them. The shower had hairs in it. There was food on the bed comforter, the dressers were missing handles. It was the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen"

Room could’ve been cleaner (there was leftover popcorn on the floor from the person before me and there were some ants crawling around the bathroom and desk area) and the men’s restrooms in the common areas don’t have baby changing tables so that’s annoying. It’s 2026 - dads change diapers too. "
