"The property is very outdated and if this was somewhere else, the property would be condemed. There is mold in the ceiling. Spiders and bugs in every lightbulb. The bathroom reeked of urine and I found out that there was a leak from the toilet going to the bathroom drain when you flush. The stench was unbearable.
