Apartment was lovely and spacious, not too far of a walk from the beachfront with restaurants. Hidden €1.50 tourist tax per guest per night- but couldn’t go wrong with the pricing overall especially with some complementary breakfast.."

"The property was lovely and felt very secure with the gated parking, and the owners are very friendly and welcoming even when we arrived at about midnight. The living space is very compact but the bedrooms are generous and two bathrooms really made a difference. The outside space and swimming pool are really lovely. The location is great for exploring the area between Catania and Taormina and further afield, and it was a very easy drive to Refugio Sapienza for hikes or alternatives up Etna. We...

"The villa has a rustic charm and the outdoor patio area was a great space for all the family and the kids loved all the fruit trees. Really helpful that the pool and steps are gated off to keep safe for the children. Giovanni was super helpful and easy to contact. Great time had by all :-)"

"A great property in very easy reach of Mt Etna, Taormina, Catania (40 mins from each), and Milazzo. There is also a lovely beach just 10mins away. The neighbourhood is a bit a non-descript, but it is a lovely property, quiet, with a lovely "temporary" pool which is a perfect way to relax at the end of the day. Francesco the host was great throughout the stay. Highly recommended as a base for visits around Etna."

"We had everything we needed at this apartment. The parking was one street away in a public parking area and we felt the car was safe. The wifi was a bit challenging at times, but with patience, we were able to complete the tasks we wanted to do. Most of the time the wifi was OK. Maria and family were helpful and very friendly. We travelled to Taormina, Mount Etna, Catania and inland from this point."

"Tiziana and her husband were very helpful and came out quickly if there were any issues. It's a lovely villa, however not the biggest of spaces, kitchen is small, especially on a poor weather day. Wifi is poor. For a few days unfortunately there were issues with the pool. They were very apologetic and these things happen. Being near Mount Etna was great and the view is amazing. We climbed this, explored the local towns, visited Taormina which is beautiful and great for shopping. The property is...

"Property very tastefully furnished, friendly hosts (who speak very little English). OK for 2 people, would be a bit tight for 4. Major issues with swimming pool (out of action for 5 of our 14 days), with water pressure (20 mins for shower to warm up and then only a dribble), extremely loud and frequently barking dog. Although located in a side street it is adjacent to a major road - plenty of traffic noise during the day. Location convenient for Etna and the sites on the east side of the island."

L'emplacement est idéal pour couvrir la zone des Iles Eoliennes à Syracuse Le logement est conforme aux photos, agréable et fonctionnel. Seule la baignoire à jets n'était pas utilisable. "This was a reasonably priced charming 3 bedroom vintage walk up flat with fully equipped kitchen for making light food and snacks. The apartment also a washing machine but for drying clothes there is an outside clothes line--at the kitchen patio area. The apartment location is in the middle of Catania and there is an open air produce market and flea market every morning 7am to 1pm. Most everything you need is within walking distance and about 5 blocks away there is nice upscale shopping area...
