From the moment we stepped through the door to lodge my girlfriend and I were impressed. The hotel is a 1930s hunting lodge that was used by the Maharani (Queen) and whilst staying here we certainly felt like Royalty. The staff were very attentive to our needs and couldn't do enough to please us. We were even give a packed breakfast on the day of our departure as we had to leave at 5.30am. Due to the small amount of rooms and hence guests you are outnumbered by staff about 3 to 1 so they are...

Wonderful western modern meal. The Chinese meals were the best we have had on our journey so far. Breakfast was included in the tariff but did not include Lassi, a local favourite of mine. Had to pay separately.

It is really indescribable! You have to see this hotel for yourself. If you miss the chance then you have missed one of Indias highlights. I stepped with a WOW and left with WOW! It was truly a magical place. Staff were awesome, food reasonably priced for that delicious taste. I travel to many countries around the world and have stayed in many 5stars but this deserves a 7 star award. Well done!
