"This is our fourth stay at a Grecotel. Love their all inclusive package; staff at reception were exceptional and great service generally except in one speciality restaurant. Wifi in room hit and miss. We had problems with digital lock to our room which took days to sort; several times keys renewed, battery in lock changed etc etc. Overall a great stay."

"You can believe all the other reviews about this property - we would give it more than 5 stars if we could. Anastasia was a fabulous host & was always available if we needed something - either on WhatsApp or at the property. We stayed in one of the Grand Suites in Mid-April 2024. The rooms were clean & full of little touches you’d expect in a 5 star property. They even left dishwasher tablets just in case you needed to use it. The lounge was large, comfortable & clean with high end furnishings....

The food buffet is excellent and we chose to have dinner there most nights because it was simply better than the restaurants in the area. "This was the cliche type of an all inclusive hotel, the buffet choices were varied but we preferred to eat not at the hotel for lunch/dinner. We rented a car as otherwise we’d have been isolated on the hotel premises as there isn’t a lot around to do aside from the beach outside the hotel, so for those who wish to do more activities/venture around the island it’s probably best to rent a car. The spa/gym facilities are quite small compared to what we were expecting. Overall cleanliness was ok."

"This property was in a short way from the beach so is better for people with transportation however we hired a scooter for a few days which was good enough for us. "We stayed in studio nona which was lovely and kitted out with everything we needed. The location was great and walking distance from various restaurants and small shops. Communication was clear and Ioanna was really helpful. The only downside was the lack of natural light, as the apartment is positioned in one of the small streets. However, considering the apartment is situated within the centre of Corfu Town, it was really quiet. We'd stay here again"
