Room was okay, staff were courteous and listening. However, management had to do something about smoking policy on the first floor where customers are permitted to open wide their doors and fill the entire floor with smoke. It poses terrible hazard on everyone on the entire building. Also had to be chasing on a single iron which is used by everyone,for this reason I had to wear my clothes without ironing.

We chose this hotel because it had a garden/pool and was near the University. The rooms were comfortable with the usual business amenities. The fridge was broken and smelt badly. The pool had little shade, all the loungers were broken and after three days the pool was green it was closed. No maintenance had been carried out until it was unusable. Breakfast was both Asian and European but was cold whatever time you arrived. Laundry service was cheap and returned same day. The staff were helpful and friendly. Very little effort could be put into making it a bit more comfortable.

We did not know that it is Chinese run - restaurant decor and breakfast was Chinese. The tv channels are mostly Chinese or local and tv reception not good. Remotes in Chinese, so we could not understand. Room was neat and clean, although duvet was a single on a double bed.

部屋が広く快適なホテル。 特筆すべきはこのクラスの中では圧倒的に朝食が充実しているところです。 サービス、Wi-Fiは平均点だと思います。 タクシーに乗らないと雑貨屋やスーパー、レストランなどが無いところが難点です。

+ brand new hotel, almost no guests during my stay + nice pool, nice bar (even if very tiny) + location near to the airport + large rooms, running water, Internet - the hotel shuttle didn't come to pick me up (I took a taxi, paid 5EUR for the taxi, so nothing serious, I even think it could be much cheaper) - bit hard to find/unknown even for local people, anyway visible from the highway - the hotel is completely Chinese, including restaurant (not bad bit could be annoying if you stay longer) - I was charged twice (once by hotels.com, second time by the hotel reception), anyway a bit my fault and the money was sent back by hotels.com after complaints - Impossible to reach the reception by telephone!!! Could be a good hotel, still need some improvements.
