My stay was great. The property is very close to the A&C mall as well as other restaurants. The staff at the property were very helpful. Internet connection was great and i enjoyed the city view of my room. There is no restaurant in the hotel there are many restaurants around.

Everything was good during my stay except 2 things.Had to wait about 30 mins for my room to be ready after a long flight. Then on one of the days during my stay, water wasn’t working. I sent someone to let the front desk know and I was told the water was working just fine. Since I knew it wasn’t and didn’t want to make a big deal about it, I went out without showering that day. The staff I encountered were really nice and respectful

overall, a disappointing stay. location is quite good with AnC Mall next door. food and entertainment guaranteed. however, the hotel itself has issues. The electricity keeps going off. the water stopped flowing in the morning when most people wanted to shower. there's an owner's dog that keeps barking sporadically through the night. staff are friendly and warm though!

Home away from home.

I can truly say that this was an awesome place to stay. The people were very friendly and the rooms were very clean. It was like being home away from home. I love it because you really didn't have to go very far to go eat or shop because everything in the area was there. The palace Mall was about 15 minutes away the AC Mall was right there by the hotel and the Accra Mall was about 10 minutes away from our stay I feel very comfortable and my husband also did to. I would definitely go stay again and I recommend anyone who is looking for an awesome and amazing place to stay and want to feel like home definitely visit this hotel. You would surely feel the warmness and kindness there. I live in the United States of America and I was surely tell my friends if they ever visit Ghana to surely stay at this hotel.

Very terrible customer service. They do not even have a proper system of checking on reservations. I booked couple of days to my arrival, I get there at almost midnight, met a lady who was so rude just to tell me that I did not have a reservation. I showed her my confirmation email but they still insisted that I did not have a reservation. Long story short, she finally gave me a room. I worked with them the next day or 2 of days to resolve that. They mentioned that they were going to move me to another room. These guys never show up when I am there to move me, I told them never to touch my stuff. They moved me without my presence to another room with unfinished bathroom. When you bath, the water spills all over the toilet and on the floor creating a pool of water which I called them to see and change the room. They refused to do that causing me to leave the facility. I have pictures to this. I love the location but the service is simply terrible and will not recommend it to anyone. If you are from overseas, get your own AC and put in the hallway because it is very hot.

Should not be classed as a hotel. It’s just rooms for hire. Bathroom drains need work both shower and waste drains (stank like death)

My experience at this hotel was absolutely disgraceful staff besides ( Nana the receptionist and security ) had no clue on what customer service is, on arrival I check-in late and expected to pay by card but the hotel card reader wasn't working I was told I could pull out money the next day before I even woke up I was awaken by a loud knock demanding payment, staff even hesitate to give us toilet paper before payment, the hotel didn't even have enough bed sheets so one night i had to sleep with a duvet cover as bedding , and the sheets the next day wasn't even clean
