"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful, well apportioned, and understated on the VRBO app. What a refrigerator!! Lake Martin is a treasure and this home suited us perfectly for utilizing our boat during our stay. We met several of the neighbors who were all great as well. A very quiet cove, perfect for us. We look forward to returning again."

"The cove was a nice place for our family vacation. We loved having enough space for everyone. The house was exceptionally clean ... especially the bathrooms and kitchen. We did have a problem with accessibility to the lake. ... lots of stairs to the lake. I wasn't able to go down because of my knees. I guess it would have helped if I paid more attention to the pictures. The other problem was the house next door. The day we arrived there were workers rinsing white paint buckets directly into the lake which was spreading right into our area where the kids wanted to swim. I'm not sure you have any control over that. Thank you for everything. Tina Marshall"

"Our stay was great, we do wish there would have been more details on the booking about the view! Based off the listing it looked like we were waterfront with a private pier but it was not directly on the water and we shared a community dock! Also, it looked like the larger pool and gym were all within our condo but it was all driving distance away and we never found the playground area either! Our host was great with finding details about our boat trailer needs but all would have been nice to know prior to arrival! The condo itself was 10/10!"
