"Employees need to improve their friendliness. The hotel is located in a noisy environment while it is equiped of inappropriate glass windows, which do not filter external noises. Humidity is see in the rooms."
"The hall was very calm, fournitures were clean but some conditions were a bit irregular such as there was no slippers in the bathroom, tv station without the remote control."
"It is an affordable no expensive and safe place to stay. Rooms are clean and they have hot water, electricity and wifi 24/7. The staff are prompt to respond and very respectful when addressing to guests. Augustin and Jean were very professional and the receptionists were very professional. There is a store called kin market less than half a mile. An ATM and vending machine could be added. My overall experience was positive. It is a go."

"Good hotel. Love the room. Enough storage. Best gym Iâve seen in a hotel. Not much to do on property. A hotel like this deserves a pool. I would have liked another seating area reserved for guests only. Great staff, thanks to Dorcas who works on the 3rd floor, very lovely. And thanks to Simons at the buffet. Overall a very good experience. I extended my stay. "
"The property was top class and the staff especially Sharon, was very professional. The only downside was the fact that many people who donât stay there tend to create an atmosphere of olmost intimidation. They are starting at you straight in the eyes, I donât know if they are security staff or what they call in Kinshasa, ANR agents? Very unsettling. They are everywhere! Around the pool, lobby, looking at you as if they are investigating you⊠really I felt unsafeâŠ"
