The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the only one funny thing I didn’t like is the monotonous indien musique Melodie’s playing every day and night in restaurant and the other places in the hotel except in the room

I regret my choice; my room was horrible with a non-functional key, and I had to go back to the lobby each time I needed to access the room. Frequent power cuts

Hotel Platinum is terrible. When I checked in they had some very LOUD drilling and hammering going on all over the place which didn’t stop even after appealing to the reception several times. Secondly, someone knocked on my door close to midnight waking me up, at first it was a woman’s voice outside and after I refused to open the door when the bell rang the second time I could hear a man’s voice as well. I called reception several times to send security to check but nothing. Even the next day i reported at reception and requested them to check their cameras and still no action. On another day some goons were allowed in to harass me and extort money claiming from the state security agents and clearly working in cahoots with hotel staff. Terrible doesn’t not even begin to express the experience of staying at this hotel

Une chambre bien spacieuse mais mauvaise qualité de service. Le personnel n'est pas formé au métier de l'hôtellerie. L'hôtellerie est un métier, le batiment ne suffit pas. Le petit déjeuner laisser à désirer.
