I had a pleasant stay at Capital O DF. The hotel is located in the heart of Mexico City, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city and getting around to the main attractions.
The staff were very nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I also enjoyed having breakfast at the hotel, which was a convenient way to start the day.
Overall, I appreciated the central location, friendly staff, and comfortable experience. It’s a good option if you want to stay in the heart of Mexico City and have easy access to the city’s attractions.

The pool and rooftop closes early. I contacted the property several times to try and get some concierge services in which they did not reply. It was for a surprise anniversary and there was just a lapse in service. Rooms are really small. service could be a lot better, room service is 24hrs but a really small menu. Try four seasons, brick, condessa df ,or Hotel Carlota, Casa Decu, Octavia Casa, ULIV spots, Casa Luciana hotels. I wouldn’t return or recommend
