"Si efectivamente el hotel bonito, la atención buena y amable Pero resulta que el hotel no contaba con agua durante los tres días de hospedaje, fue terrible eso y aparte la parte de que no fueron honestos con nosotros a la hora del check in, o sea de decirnos que no había agua, nosotros pagamos todo y resulta que solicitamos una devolución de una parte de lo pagado por el tema del agua y nunca nos dieron respuesta, enserio que fue muy triste y que mala experiencia en ese sentido con el hotel"

"The hotel did not look nothing like the pictures we went to the front office and they walked us a block down the street. I think it was their second property. The room did not look nothing like the picture at all in the bed. The bed was the worst thing overall it was like sleeping on concrete. The mattress was so hard. It was like a rock mattress."

"Este lugar es increíblemente hermoso… a nivel de estructura, tiene un estilo mediterráneo colonial en muy buen mantenimiento. Tiene un diseño de paisajismo increíble. Flores, árboles frutales (mangos), aves preciosas, una serenata constante de hermosos insectos que solo inspiran tranquilidad y conexión. El agua en las habitaciones es refrescante y con excelente presión. El desayuno fue espectacular, jugo, chocolate, café las 24 horas del día. Gracias a que está frente a una montaña, el clima es muy fresco… extremadamente diferente a la humedad que se siente en Villavicencio. Para cerrar con broche de oro. Las personas que trabajan en este lugar, son increíbles. Siempre estuvieron atentas a cualquier cosa que necesitara, incluso si yo insistía en que no necesitaba ayuda, estaban al servicio en cada momento. Crecí en Villavicencio y eh estado hospedada en muchos lugares aquí. Pero 100% este lugar es una “GEMA” guardadita a las afueras de esta ciudad. Sin ninguna duda volveré y no como lo hice esta vez que fue sola. Volveré con más personas, por qué este lugar superó mis expectativas al 1.000% Muchísimas gracias!!! No tengo nada que decir para mejorar… a por qué me sentí muchísimo mejor que en casa. De hecho, me hizo sentir que quiero tener una casa como este lugar!!! 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕"
