Stunning landscaping and plants, beautiful pool and close to the best beach in El Gouna. The warmth and hospitality of amazing Chef Amr Darwish and Mr. Helmy and their staff (Wagdy at the restaurant) is unparalleled and made us feel truly special. We cannot thank them enough for the wonderful services and conversations we had with them during our visit. From special favorite desserts prepared right at our table to food made especially for us. "Great location, all the staff were really lovey. Food was fabulous. Would come back again. We had a misunderstanding with couple of the independent businesses onsite, and I was impressed that the hotel advocated for us and solved the problem for us. I felt super safe. Thank you. "Hotel is pretty straightforward - small, clean and practical room. The staff were very friendly, but clearly not the top of the service pool. We could hear the housekeeping staff arguing in the neighboring room on our second day using pretty foul language. I requested an extra clean towel from. The housekeeping staff, he reached into a linen bag on the floor to grab me a towel from a large heap of towels. Some noise from the Marina, but I guess that's normal given we were there during peak season. "
