"Firstly the greeting was warm and genuine. Super helpful. I forgot my tie for a conference i was due to attend the concierge found me one and then proceeded to swap it with his because his one looked better ! Amazing people beautiful location and amazing facilities! Could not recommend it more. Congratulations to the management for creating such an empowered team."

"It would be nice to have a bigger fridge. There was no coffee maker and not enough garbage cans. (They were tiny). The steam room was not working and the pool gone. (Under renovation). The restaurant had limited selection and no late night options. The room was good but we were next to elevator. The hair dryer plug doesn’t fit in socket and the sink didn’t drain."

"Mountain View was super impressive! Room was clean, and staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The ambience of the hotel brings you back to the charm and luxury of hotels in the past, without the large price tag. I would definitely stay there again."
