The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put recycling without any bin liners in large green bin. Food waste must go in small green bin and general waste goes in black bin.
Hot tub - make sure level is left above filter, hose is in flower bed adjacent tub. Make sure a new tablet is put in hot tub if it has all absorbed
Leave keys in patio doors and return entry key to under lid in coffee table outside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Primary renter must be a guest
Longer stays of more than 2 weeks would need maintenance of the hot tub at an extra cost of £100 per week thereafter.
Cleaning arrangements for longer stays over 2 weeks can be arranged at an extra cost.
