"An unusual stay at The Grampian which also daylights as an Indian restaurant and if your lucky you will smell it in your room. Room was boiling hot, tucked away at the back of a corridor which was quiet apart from the air con unit buzzing you to sleep. Friendly staff and good location. "

"This hotel has five star reviews but it didn’t deserve them. it is immaculately clean and the staff were excellent. However, the quality of the food was poor. Breakfast offerings were limited and not great quality either, tho the restaurant boasts awards for food. The cottages are a minimum of 15 minutes walk away. They are huge but lack any charm. We were disappointed as we expected it to libre up to its reviews. The surrounding area is fabulous. "
