Perfect Stay
The location and accommodation were perfect .Clean, well equipped and comfortable it was a perfect base for our adventures. Roy was the perfect host. We would recommend this to anyone.

Great Place
We had a lovely time at this property. Roy really had thought of everything we could possibly need for our stay. The property was spotlessly clean and a really good base for exploring local distilleries and other attractions.

Excellent stay
Near to Elgin, Banff, Findhorn. Really enjoyed our stay here. We saw lots of small birds outside the kitchen window every morning, and even a red squirrel on one occasion. Lots of places of interest to visit within 1/2 hours drive. Hopefully, we can go here again sometime.

Fabulous house!
Excellent house in a good location for exploring Speyside. The house is really well equipped and very comfortable. Roy is an attentive host who makes you feel very welcome. We will definitely be going back in the future.

Peaceful and relaxing stay in Moray
After a long journey from the west coast of Scotland we knew we'd found a place to relax and unwind. The property is finished to a very high spec. and everything is catered for. Location is excellent with easy access to the coast and the Cairngorms. I woukd recommend without hesitation.

Lovely to hear that you had a relaxing time in my home and Speyside as I say has something for everyone. In 20 minutes you can be on a beach and 35 minutes takes you the Glenlivet and within an hour the Cairngorms

Great accommodation for a trip to Scotland
We had a lovely weekend in Rothes. The accommodation was warm and welcoming. The owner Roy was incredibly helpful with recommendations for distilleries in the local area. We had a lovely weekend despite the weather and would definitely recommend for a visit

Delightful Getaway!
Loved this holiday rental. Beautiful views, comfy rooms, everything you could want in the kitchen. Very centrally located for everything we wanted to do. I highly recommend it.

Staying at The Kennels
Roy was the perfect host and his house was delightful. It was spacious, clean, very comfortable and quiet and it had everything we needed. It’s location - within striking distance of the coast and the Cairngorms - was perfect. Roy is very knowledgeable about the area, answered all our questions promptly and was a gracious host. We have no hesitation in recommending Roy and his lovely house.
