"For a girl's trip to Melbourne, this was place was perfect. Enough space for 3 people, beds and bathrooms were clean and everything was provided for. Beds were ok comfy wise. Location was convenient and easy to access trams into the CBD, car space parking provided also added to the convenience. Close to the Yarra River Studley parklands. Also good for dining out options in Richmond after a long day sightseeing. We found everything we needed while in the apartment, even things we didn't realise...

"The most complete kitchen with top-notch appliances. Well maintained living spaces with excellent floor heating system. Practical and comfortable furnishing throughout. Parking space in front of the house was big enough for a commodore sports wagon. Wonderful and homely ambience that encourages interactions between guests with ample space for everyone. Property management staff were responsive when we needed help. "
