"I couldn’t ask for more, such a lovely little cottage in the most perfect location. The house has everything you need, modern and new. Literally 3 feet out the door is the Tyrrhenian Sea, in all it’s clarity and deep turquoise and blue. Despite a couple days of rain, it was very comfortable and enjoyable. Hosts are very responsive and available if needed. Can’t wait to return!"

"Superb host, always readily available. Stunning property in a highly desirable area near monte petrosu, close to all the stunning beaches and san Teodoro downtown, but away from noise. Very nice breeze given the house position. Very good parking space. Fenced in and secure for kids. Beautifully landscaped and maintained garden. "We had an excellent stay at Lina’s place. It’s well-located with a nice pizzeria and gelateria nearby and we loved the terrace and rooftop. "The property is lovely & has an amazing view We felt it needed a few more little things such as a kettle,hairdryer, toaster & an iron as it has a ironing board but no iron, as no AC which we were aware off perhaps a pedestal fan would have helped a little .apart from those minor things everything was there that you needed.
