Struttura piuttosto differenziata. Hall con impostazione moderna, camere in stile veneziano e sala da pranzo elegantissima in stile veneziano. La piscina coperta confortevole con acqua a temperatura costante ma grande delusione per la SPA... tutto troppo approssimativo e tutto a pagamento😳...

Old structure with terrible air conditioning system. Breakfast was a disaster. Cheap tourists around (tours, asian, etc.)

Arredi della stanza datati; materasso matrimoniale formato da due singoli uniti in modo fastidioso, materasso pessimo. Luce del bagno posizionata sulla destra della porta cioè a destra della porta oltre le cerniere. Gancio in bagno, rotto. Box doccia piccolissimo. Non ho avuto il tempo per vedere altro perché ero in assistrnza ad un ricoverato all'ospedale.

Tutto sommato buono. Ottima la cordialità del personale specialmente quello di sala.Discreto il mangiare ed in particolare le colazioni. Stanze ben riscaldate. La piscina coperta è confortevole anche se in certe giornate gli sdrai a disposizione sono insufficienti. La piscina scopertà è valida, ma manca di una struttura per mantenere caldi gli accappatoi in uscita.

NO RELAX NO PARTY

Buono, da migliorare la spa. Molto male la grotta di sale,sono entrato per rilassarmi e ne sono uscito incazzato e nervoso a causa di 5 donne con 4 figli,due bambini e due neonati,facevano un casino... La tipa della spa non ha detto niente nonostante il mio disappunto. La piscina esterna andava bene ma secondo me dovrebbero migliorarla e pulire meglio la zona. La piscina interna invece secondo me essendo una zona relax, è troppo luminosa. La chiave della cassetta di sicurezza a pagamento,accappatoio x la spa a pagamento, frigobar senza nessu Snack ma solo acqua. Da un hotel a 4* nn te lo aspetteresti proprio.

Valutazione sufficiente

Il soggiorno è stato gradevole, soprattutto in considerazione del fatto che il numero degli ospiti presenti era limitato. Infatti gli spazi comuni in entrambe le piscine sembrano insufficienti nel caso l'hotel sia pieno (anche se altri ospiti ci hanno riferito che potrebbe esserci una convenzione con le adiacenti piscine Columbus). Anche il limitato numero di posti auto in garage potrebbe costituire un problema in caso di grande affluenza. Comunque, il soggiorno è stato piacevole; il personale è decisamente cordiale e pronto nell'assecondare le richieste, la SPA presenta diversi trattamenti a prezzi accessibili, e, nel complesso, il rapporto qualità/prezzo ci è sembrato più che sufficiente. Unico appunto, un hotel di questa categoria dovrebbe offrire, nel buffet della colazione, frutta fresca di stagione, in luogo di quella sciroppata.

la cosa peggiore ,considerando che si va ad Abano per godere delle piscine e dell'acqua termale,è proprio lo stato di abbandono delle piscine e dei servizi legati a queste.Scomodi è dire poco ,la piscina all'aperto al sesto piano ed i suoi servizi al quinto piano con immaginabile disagio,la piscina al chiuso piccola come quella all'aperto dotata di un solo bocchettone idromassaggio funzionante ecc ecc Inadeguatezza e scomodità

Non e' adatto per un weekend di relax.

Struttura semi fattiscente, si nota che ha perso lo splendore di un tempo. Le piscine sono piccole e poco curate, l'acqua e' tiepida. Camere molto piccole, biancheria sporca, bagno rovinato e vecchio. Pochissimo personale ma cortese. La sala ristorante e' gradevole ed elegante ma i menu' proposti sono banali per un quattro stelle. Colazione deludente, poca scelta, prodotti non freschi. Parcheggio piccolo. Conclusione mi chiedo come possano mantere le quattro stelle.

les +: hôtel agréable et personnel accueillant; chambre propre et spacieuse; piscine intérieure et extérieure (sur les toits); très bon petit-déjeuner. Les -: assez loin du centre-ville (45 min à pied - mais desservi par les bus jusqu'à 1h/2h du matin); déco un peu vieillotte; mal isolé des bruits du couloir; wifi payant.

Da migliorare..

L'hotel,come già scritto da molti, ha sicuramente visto tempi migliori. Ho riscontrato gli stessi disagi già raccontati da altri viaggiatori ( termostato non regolabile,scarico difficoltoso ) La piscina interna non è bellissima, ma comunque utile per rilassarsi un po'! Ottimo e bellissimo il nuovo centro SPA (unica pecca :un po' sovraffollato, quindi attese per gli idromassaggi,la sauna e tutte le attrezzature). Il personale è stato molto cortese, e si sono sempre adoperati nel tentativo di risolvere le problematiche che si sono presentate. Colazione non troppo varia, ma buona. Ricordatevi gli accappatoi, l'hotel non li mette a disposizione ( se non con 10 euro di nolo) e se non l'avete, sarete costretti ad un'imbarazzante passerella ,tra corridoi e hall, con indosso il loro telo bianco (in dotazione e consigliato da loro per recarsi alle piscine e alla SPA!) Nel complesso, visto la super offerta acquistata , non ci possiamo lamentare.

Hotel a rafraichir necessitant d'être rénové. très vieillot. Donc le fait qu'il soit peu cher en station thermale en fait un hotel qualité prix très interressant. Bien situé pour les balades à pied le soir et manger à 2 pas. Le personnel est accueillant.

Buona posizione, ascensori insufficienti e poco capienti, bagno piccolo e con lo scarico della doccia molto lento, lampadine non funzionanti, frigo bar spento con solo quattro bottigliette di acqua. La sauna è piccola e non è degna di un albergo del genere, così come la piscina coperta. Non vengono forniti asciugamani per la piscina, il garage era al completo e i parcheggi circostanti a pagamento o zona disco. Il televisore in camera non riceve i canali satellitari e dalle camere adiacenti si sentiva ogni piccolo rumore.

Ottimo hotel, nuovissimo e pulito, stanze ampie, arredate in stile moderno ma con gusto, buona e varia la coalzione con ampia scelta sia sul dolce che sul salato. Personale cordiale e professionale. Un pò fuori dalla città, consigliato se con mezzo proprio.
