The room was clean, but in a noisy part. The water in the shower was too hot and the water valve was defective so I could not adjust the temp. I made a complaint but we were leaving the next day. Double bed was terrible. Every time I moved the top mattress bounced and disturbed my husband, and vice versa. We did not sleep well. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and check in was quick. The hotel is close to the train station, restaurants, and shopping. The room had no special amenities.

Staff were accommodating. The hotel is clean and beautiful with histories.. Everything here is in walking distance, and the train station is across the train station

This is a nice hotel in a good location. We stayed here for a family trip and found most things within walking distance. The hotel was nice and the facilities good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My only negative would be that the lift is a little old (as the building is old I guess!) so it’s a little slow and can only take 2 people at a time. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, good breakfast. Small bathroom, could not turn off lights on tv for the night. Quiet night allthough we are in the center. Great with free afternoon snacks!

. Room was stuffy and the bed was terrible as for sleeping. The garbage truck outside the window to wake you up at 2:00am did not help with the stay. The staff was rude not very friendly. When asked a question where was breakfast the response was in the basement of course. For the price stay somewhere else.

I liked the location, but did think that the funiture in the room was very tacky and did not like to sit on the funitures for the same reason. otherwise, the room was functional and quiet

We always take comfort double room because it is more spacious. The entire hotel is clean and cozy. The beds are comfy and bathrooms are clean. Staff are always very helpful and polite, and check in is quick. Breakfast buffet is delicious. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the train station. It is also walking distance to many shops, and restaurants. Public transportation is readily available outside the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Fik bekræftigelse på værelset der sagde :
STANDARD DOBBELTVÆRELSE med QUEEN size bed.
Hvad vi fik var hotellets standardværelse hvilket IKKE er det samme som hotellets beskrivelse af Standard dobbeltværelse.
Jeg tænker HOTELS.com måske skulle sørge for at beskrivelserne i bekræftigelsen stemmer overens med hotellets beskrivelse.
Endvidere var der intet varm vand i hverken håndvask eller bruser.
Der kunne heller ikke etableres en tålelig temperatur på værelset.
Toilettet var dårligt indrettet og slet ikke brugbar for personer større end normal størrelse.
Morgenmaden.
Hmmmm. Er man til groft brød, så er det fint. Det virkede heller IKKE som bake off brød, men som bagerbrød.
Mælk er udelukkende økologisk og med meget lavt fedtindhold.
Beliggenhed : Fantastisk.
Stand : Gammelt og noget slidt.
Seng : Meget god.
Jeg vil nok IKKE vælge et hotel fra Milling gruppen igen.

Godt hotel.
Meget centralt liggende hotel lige ved siden af banegården, shopping, Musikhuset etc.
Meget lille værelse, men der var hvad der skulle være.
Lækkert morgenmad, men kun et sted hvor der kunne hentes kaffe, så det medførte lange køer.
