"Staff didn’t know what they were doing during check in, it’s still under construction in most parts. There was a homeless man on the third floor hall sleeping and asking for money. Overall, not a good experience for the money I paid. "

"I had reservations for 2 room for 1 night. The room my daughter and I stayed in had bedbugs (which turns out I'm allergic to) and when I tried to call and complain they keep transferring me to different people and the last person I spoke with told me to email. I sent an email and never received a response."

"TLDR: We checked in, then left immediately upon seeing the room. It was nothing like the photos. It was grungy and poorly maintained. My daughter heard scratching on one side of the room. It is VERY noisy - you can hear every step when someone walks by. It has an extremely weird smell. Not sure if it’s cleaning products or what. The uber driver that picked us up said that it’s a pretty unsafe location. We were fortunate that we had the option to stay somewhere else. There are other hotels nearby that aren’t much more expensive but are a lot nicer."
