"This place saved us for our trip. When you think of travel, you think of recommendations for food, museums etc. You don't think about how you are treated when you have a medical emergency requiring surgery in a foreign country. Charlotte the manager when out of out way to expend our stay- it was at great lengths and quite a challenge. She said to me "There are no problems, only solutions". She let the staff know and there was always someone being as helpful as they possibly could be. I was almost in tears, as everything in the city was booked, and thinking about my medically fragile husband moving around a day after surgery terrified me. In addition, they are just as sweet and helpful as could be. To everyone we saw. Helping with luggage, asking how your day was, etc. Hotel is on a relatively quiet street and the metro line that goes to so much is right there. Will definitely stay again."
