"This is a fully automated , self-service unstaffed investment property (with Hotels.com should make clear and rate on a different scale than full-service hotels). The construction is brand new, so it was impeccably clean, though sterile and lacking human-centered design elements (extra outlet by bed, place to hang a face towel, little things). There is nothing human or personal about it, except the "concierge" who texts you back when you contact the establishment. (She was nice.) I did not...

"I arrived quite late after my work and the owner was so nice and accommodating ! She asked me not to ring the bell so as to not wake the other guests and she waited for me to call her so she could open for me.
The room was very comfortable and beautiful. I had to leave early in the morning and was unable to enjoy the breakfast but I sincerely hope to stay again at this lovely Chambre d'Hotes just next to the Marseille train station"
