    "When I first arrived at the hotel, Pierre was such a great receptionist who greeted me and helped me store my luggage until my check-in. He even showed me the most convenient want to see the Basilica and then head over to the Arc by subway. Pierre was always friendly and helpful. He and Emily went out of their way to help me pack a bottle of wine to bring home. Their warm hospitality enhanced my stay tremendously. I will stay again next time !"

    "Great location close to the Louve with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. They are renovating parts of the hotel and we stayed in a recently renovated room that was spacious and clean with robes, towel warmer and Nespresso machine. We would definitely consider staying here again when we return to Paris."
