"The location of this property is amazing. House is right between the bay and ocean, with short walk to both. Very clean inside, however we did need to deal with an ant issue. The lower bath is directly in the kitchen, which was a little inconvenient at times. The upstairs bath is much larger The outside deck is very nice, however, is shared with the house directly in front of the property. Not all tenants follow the dog on leash rule, in the enclosed area. Beautiful clean beach. Nice that tags are included as well. Lots of amenities in the home, which were appreciated."
