"The staff behind the reception go the extra mile for their guests, very helpful and professional in all their manner. Stefano has kindly booked our Vatican tickets. A breakfast pack was also made ready for us when we travelled early in the morning for our tour. We loved the interior of the hotel, so chic and elegant. "Arrived at 8am checking was at 2pm, after waiting for about 2 hours we were given our room, after being denied breakfast, was told we were eligible for next day, I knew that, I wasn't given an option to pay for it.
