"The villa was lovely, beautifully presented and a great mix of the old and new. Location was ideal - within a few minutes of all the activity in Rhodes old town yet peaceful and quiet, down a narrow lane. Iannos was v friendly and helpful, arranging transport to and from the airport, giving advice and what to do and generally being v helpful. Highlight of our trip to Greece."
"Outstanding experience. The room and common areas were excellent, and the service staff was exemplary. Despite being in the off-season the hotel provided every possible service and made outside arrangements as needed. Couldn’t imagine a better situation in Rhodes."
"This is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Rhodes. Not only are the hotel's location and amenities extraordinary, what really makes this the best place to stay are the people. From the gentlemen who meet you when you first arrive, the helpful front desk team, the genuine care extends to the housekeeping staff, the people who make the dining experiences the best. "Excellent location right on edge of Old Town - very good breakfast with very large choice (hot and cold items) - staff excellent - very quiet - stayed in Room 419 with great views over Old Town and harbour area - would definitely recommend"
"My room was reasonably spacious but the bathroom was rather cramped and the chairs not very comfortable. Both room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is very good - many restaurants nearby and the old town a fairly short walk away. The breakfast was amazing - excellent quality and choice with omlettes cooked to order."

"Excellent customer service! Got upgraded to a lovely corner room. Great breakfast included in price, nice pool.
Only negatives were no mugs in room (given paper cups), drains smelt but then foreign drains can be like that and wet room bathroom got drenched (again, it’s the design but meant you couldn’t go on the bathroom after a shower for ages)."
