"No staff on hand when we arrived despite saying the desk was open 10-20:00, we only got in because some other guests were coming out of the building complaining their room was dirty with no bed linens when they had also just arrived. The building felt abandoned, the bar and swimming seemed unusable, there was scaffolding above the pool. Our room was well equipped but the bathroom floor was flooded and we generally felt uncomfortable. The property was not as advertised, and the star rating does...

"First the positives about this apartment.
1-The apartment was very clean.
2-air-conditioning worked very well.
Now the negatives.
1- The beds were so uncomfortable. You could feel the springs on your back while trying to sleep.
2- couch was just as bad you can hear the springs as you’re sitting on the couch.
3-You have to push buttons in order to heat up the water so you could take a shower. Takes about five minutes after you push the button.
4-Not in an area that there are restaurants. Right...
