The Space:

Cozy alpine ambience, beautiful mountain scenery, and the convenience and recreation of Northstar California Resort come together at this inviting, two-story condo in Indian Hills. Skier, hiker, or mountain biker, this is the perfect getaway for world-class outdoor activities.



This condo is located in the Indian Hills complex at Northstar, where it sits among the pines with a view of the mountains. It's only a mile on the free shuttle bus to the Village at Northstar, where you'll find the ski lifts, the ice rink, and an assortment of dining options.



Enjoy access to the Northstar recreation center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, a hot tub, a seasonal lap pool, and an open grill area next to a beautiful creek surrounded by pine, fir, and aspen trees. (Site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils.) There is a $10 daily fee per person for use of the facilities.



After a summer day spent playing the Northstar Golf Course (two miles north) or lounging on the shores of Kings Beach (nine miles south), come home to marvel at the surrounding scenery on your balcony. It's a lovely spot to enjoy an alfresco dinner at sunset.



Snowy winter days and evenings are every bit as fun, with a stone fireplace at the center of the lofty great room. Snuggle up on the sectional to watch your favorite movies, prepare meals all together in the well-equipped kitchen, and gather around the dining room table for hearty dinners and evening card games. At night, you'll find both bedrooms downstairs along with a full laundry room to refresh your snowy or dusty outdoor gear.

Great access to skiing at Northstar

Love this place. Nice layout and amenities. The shuttle bus system to and from skiing worked really well. Would love to stay again!

Wonderful Place for Ski Weekend!

Lovely place to stay for a long weekend with the family on a ski trip to Northstar! Very comfortable, clean and well-stocked; we had everything we needed plus a convenient walk to the shuttle stop. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect! The location was great, very quiet and plenty of parking. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials and the store was a quick car ride away. A huge plus is the rec center that has pickleball and multiple hot tubs. The place was clean, had comfy beds and lots of towels and blankets. Can’t wait to come back!

Nice and quiet and perfect for families

Well equipped property in a nice a quiet location. We were there in the summer and really enjoyed our stay. The pool and village are too far away to walk, but still a really nice place and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay at Northstar. It must be awesome in the winter!

Tahoe Escape

The location was perfect for our exploration of the Tahoe/Truckee area after our Yosemite visit. The unit was clean and comfortable and in a quiet area. The parking pass was not in the Guest book but a call rectified that. We found the lighting to be poor in all areas but the kitchen and no bedside lamp in one of the bedrooms. Check-in and check-out was excellent.

Very nice, love the updated layout. Removal of the loft opened up the kitchen. Comfortable beds and couch. The owner had a battery light that came in handy as we lost power in the whole neighborhood for one night. Again, communication with property manager was wonderful. We hope to stay there again.

The place is nice, and it’s in a nice neighborhood. It is not as advertised. The fireplace does not work and it was quite cold. There was food left in the kitchen sink and there were quite a bit of cobwebs. When contacting property management, they were quite loath to deal with the issues. Just saying sorry, not offering compensation for misadvertising the property. At least, until the fireplace is foaled, perhaps change the listing leader? It was a reason we chose this place.
