"Keep breakfast open until 10. We were in accessible room and the bathroom was cold. Sink had poor pressure. Shower soap was out. Tub made noises like it was going to collapse. Bed was comfortable. Sheets were soft."

"This is a perfect base for a big group. The kitchen is well appointed and having a pool table was such a fun bonus! We really enjoyed the ample, well lit, off street, private parking as well as the fun of being able to walk right onto Custer's main strip for shopping and dining. The host communicated in a timely manner, always. Did I mention the lovely in house laundry? It really made it possible to relax in our down time. The upper deck was also a lovely gathering point. "Room was great for our trip. Ground floor pets. Easy in and out for check in and out. Front desk staff was kind, informative and quick. The indoor pool wasn't the warmest but it's shape and style was very unique. Free on site laundry with nice washers and dryers was incredibly helpful after our long trip. AC could use an upgrade and filter needed replaced. Still worked well enough though. The little quirks were cute; colored trash bags, shapes and style of furniture. In the front office there were books and games to use at your leisure which was nice. We loved the style of the Inn itself. Restaurant next door was a great atmosphere for kids, grab and go kinda food was good and not too pricey. Overall would love to come back for a visit when its a bit warmer to use the outdoor pool also. "
