"THERE WAS NO TOILET SEAT, THERE WAS NO RUNNING HOT WATER, THE PICTURES THEY USED TO PROMOTE THEIR HOTEL WERE FAKE. THE LOCK TO THE DOOR WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND THE A/C WAS NOT WORKING EITHER. "I am unable to explain how my stay was because we had a reservation, and the people in charge of the hospitality did not have the decency to let us know that it was already rented for other people.
