Llegue ahi por motivos de trabajo y no tuve wifi en la habitacion, es de agradecer que la srita recepcionista me ofrecio la sala de juntas unas horas, pero si mas tarde necesite checar algo tuve que conectarme a mi cel propio. El personal del restaurante no es nada atento, baje a buen tiempo (8 45 am) a desayunar y pregunte si me podian preparar algo a mi eleccion obviamente pagando aparte por ello y su contestacion fue que a la sra de la cocina no le daba tiempo. Lo mismo la tarde anterior, pedi varias cosas de su menu y prácticamente me dijeron que era mejor salir a comer afuera. Por el costo que pague no vale la pena, me hubiera podido quedar en otro hotel, pagando menos, con las mismas deficiencias.

Buen servicio y atención de todo el personal. Solo hubo un detalle con una toalla que estaba como sucia o manchada. Lo vimos la primera vez que íbamos a secarnos, como si no la hubieran cambiado por una limpia cuando hicieron el aseo de la habitación para entregárnosla.

El costo/calidad es muy bueno. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias. El sabor de la comida es buenísimo y la atención del personal fue de primera. Sin duda será la primera opción en caso de regresar a la ciudad.

Falta personal en area de restaurante

En cuanto a las instalaciones son muy comodas y limpias, el alojamiento incluia el desayuno, desafortunadamente la falta de personal en esta area era evidente, hubo largas filas para pasar al bufett y algunas personas tuvieron que retirar los platos sucios y limpiar su propia mesa para poder ocuparla. No había platos, vasos, tazas, azúcar. Fue muy decepcionante el desayuno para el costo que se cubrió por este servicio.

Me gustó el servicio, la limpieza de la habitación es buena. Lo único que mejoraría es el horario de servicio del restaurante o bien que pudieran dar más información de donde cenar ya que llegamos a las 10 pm y fue muy complicado encontrar que comer. En general bien las instalaciones y el servicio.
