"Despite that this is an older motel, the room was huge, had a patio with a great view, and the beds were comfy. There is ample parking and there is a restaurant across the way. Nice and quiet at night. I would stay here again if in the area."

"I can clearly see that the owners are doing everything to get it right. The guest house is not modern, nor updated, and the view is from across the highway not on the lake. It does offer a great location, welcoming host, clean, fresh accommodations, and a nice atmosphere. Great to use as a base for your Cariboo exploration."

"Very clean property. We were welcomed by very friendly staff who helped us right away and got us all the info we needed. As well as treated us to popcorn in the lobby. The free breakfast was pretty good and definitely free and the room was tidy, well stocked, and well air conditioned."

"Absolutely magical. The cabin feels very luxurious while also feeling remote and out of the way. Had everything we needed with lots of extra towels and blankets. The artwork and furniture made by the owners gives such a beloved vibe to the place. We loved saying hi to the horses and cows in the morning and watching the sunset over the lake by the fire and from the hot tub. Will definitely be trying to carve out some time in the future for a longer stay!"

"The property was wonderful but take the height warnings seriously :)The doorway to the master is only 6’ and coming down the stairs to the main floor is a beam about 5.5’ above the step. Just remember to duck.Everything is as described and we had a very relaxing stay. Very peaceful and quiet and we felt right at home the moment we stepped insideLots to do in the area close by too."
