Fabulous location, very clean, quiet and extremely comfortable beds! No need for air conditioning this time of the year, the opening windows brought in a beautiful breeze. Would definitely return. The bath tub was a great surprise too!

It is an old hotel in one of the best areas in Paris. Is very clean and the staff is amazing. I stay in a single room that is very simple with a confy bed and clean. It needs maintenance but it is an old building and i know this before the reservation, so this is not a complain, is just info for sensible people. It was perfect for me. I stay 8 nights, it was a beautiful experience.

Great location in Marais, convenient to many attractions on foot or via Metro. Great, helpful, English speaking staff. Room photos on-line show light filled, traditional decor. Mine was tiny, a window onto a light shaft, water dripping from shower ceiling with failing plaster and strong mildew smell. Ikea quality, cheap furniture, cracked sink, laminate floor. Good daily housekeeping. No signs or advice about the 15 euro cold breakfast buffet in the sub basement. It's NOT included in the room. Great bakery around the corner, off the plaza to the west. Lounge furniture and carpets are past needing refreshing. Somebody is milking this property. I would not stay here again. No central heat. No AC. It was 90F while I was there. Miserable.

Great location. Very small entryway you can almost miss it. No downstairs lobby which was strange. My room was small - single bed - but warm and cozy. Optional Breakfast was great - served in an amazing old cellar -(cave voûté ) totally renovated keeping the old stone. Delicious fresh pastries & bread. For the price and late booking this was great value !
