"Used this property as a base to explore the area. Owner was quick to communicate when checking in, found property clean and well kept. Not a complaint but you should know the property is used by travelers with horses. We appreciated the property being in that location, it helped with our plans."

"This house was absolutely beautiful and the amenities were amazing. We stayed here for three nights and came home every night to look out at stars and hang out in the hot tub. The house is a great location between Zion and Bryce Canyon and is a quick 10 minute drive to Kanab. Next time we come out this way we would love to book here again!"

"We selected this casita due to it's close proximity to the Vermillion Cliffs Monument, which it was. The other benefits were the privacy/isolation from city lights and the desert landscape we came to visit. There was plenty of room for the two of us and everything you'd need for a simple, easy, home away from home. Joe, the owner, was a wealth of knowledge about the area, and even picked some fresh asparagus from his nearby vineyard for us."

"Beautiful views from the rooms. Note that if you arrive on your own during the day, you will be asked to pay a national park fee due to location of tbe property. It would be good if the hotel disclosed that detail because it is a $30 fee and saying that you are staying at the hotel does not wave the fee. Nice to have several dining options on site. Hotel gym is just a bunch of dumbbels and a cable machine - not really usable. "

"Excellent stay in Kanab. Perfect little cabin providing more privacy then a regular hotel. Very accommodating staff as we arrived a bit early for the check in time. Great stay for a great price. Would certainly stay again. "
