Did appreciate the 3 large containers of tea & juice & lemon water - but plastic glasses wrapped in plastic. we were supposed to check in by 3 - no way - I made a scene & 1st room available was given to us - you need to hire more staff (that was the excuse given). but the room was lovely #431"

"Large clean with facilities. Laundry and gym was nice. Only disappointment was breakfast. Cold boiled egg and microwave burrito was not a comforting breakfast. I was looking forward to simple eggs potatoes biscuits waffles. When pressed for time in the morning it’s harder to get out to the local restaurant or fast food. Especially not knowing the area. I was willing to pay more for the convenience of a warm breakfast if I knew which hotel had this amenity. "

TV Welcome screen showed two different names (a different one each night we stayed there) and neither of them was our name. That was strange. Usually we had to wait for someone at front desk (for towels, to check-out) and it would have been good to have a service bell to let...

"I have kayaked from Lees Ferry before but drove from Page, it was so nice to be right up the road from Lees Ferry the morning of our kayake excursion. Loved the surrounding area, the beds were very comfortable. The only dislike was that there wasn't a small refrigerator we could keep our drinks in for the next day so they would be cold. With temps in 80's to 90's that was needed. Overall though would definitely stay again and next time for longer. "

"The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the hotel is clean but definitely needs updating. The paint on the big mirror in the bathroom is badly chipped, and one of the lamp shades in the room needs to be replaced. But we loved the staff! The owner let us check in early which was great! "
