"Everything was exceptional except the check in process. Very busy, I had an inexperienced individual, who could not find my reservation, needed to call and ask for assistance on multiple occasions. Friendly but should have been in training as opposed to on her own. Family waiting in car were concerned while waiting, thats how long it took. The units we booked were perfect and facilities clean and so fun. Would go back for sure Thank you."

"The place was very cozy and up-to-date appliances. Bed was very comfortable clean rooms Jacuzzi hot tub bathtubs were excellent unless you go out and buy groceries. My only issue was coffee. I didn’t like the coffee in the room and there was no accessible other coffee unless I left the resort I think a coffee bar would be amazing, or a little buffet thing in the morning or something "
