“Great atmosphere”
I found the hotel very comfortable, atmosphere really good and service excellent. I thought it was really good value for money.

We arrived late and could not find the hotel and had to make several phone calls staff extremely helpful and very friendly when we did arrive at 1am

It is a new hotel so cleanliness etc are as they should be. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Only thing I didn't like we're the large housekeeping trolleys blocking the corridor. Overall though, one of the best airport hotels I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in a great many!

“Clean, Smart, Fresh and Helpful”
Friendly helpful staff, both on the phone and in person. Room spotless and very well appointed. Parking a bit expensive at £10 per night - but that is really the only negative at all.

The rooms were large and room service was cheaper than many of the local restaurants. Would definately stay here again.

Pleasant hotel with helpful staff but too far from the airport and quite difficult to find.
“Good for Gatwick”
The hotel is, pretty much, what you'd expect - though less noisy than expected being alongside the M23. (Excellent access - once you know how to get there!) I bought the hotel room as part of a 'package', flying to Spain from Gatwick. The only thing I was disappointed with was the £10 car parking charge - which I either missed (!) or wasn't mentioned. As somewhere conveniently close for Gatwick, though, it was excellent!
“Nice if you can find it!”
This is a really nice hotel, but be warned! Do NOT rely on satnav or googlemaps to get yout there! We had a really stressful time finding it at 11:30 at night, doens't exist on google and satnav took us to the wrong place (you might be OK if you have full postal code satnav - not sure). Ended up having to be talked in over the phone by staff, when we queried this issue with staff they didn't seem too bothered by it and pretty much blamed it on us booking through expedia, but I didn't see any better instructions on the holiday inn site!
