I’m not sure what the rationale for others rating so high is. In comparison to lower-end hotels it would rank high, but with nicer hotels it doesn’t compare. What was a standout were the friendliness of the staff. So that is something.
My room HVAC didn’t work correctly, so the humidity was high, leaving the sheets and towels feeling dampish. The doors are thin so people talking in the hallway is loud in the room. There was also an odor in the room too. Overall it wasn’t worth saving the $60 compared to two other very nice hotels within 2 blocks of this BW.

We had a problem checking in as the credit card I booked with had to be replaced and the computer wouldn’t take another card so the gal had to cancel my booking and start from scratch so we could pay. I hope I haven’t been billed twice for our stay. It took about 30 minutes to do this.

Staff not very accommodating. Late check in asked about the breakfast time, but when we came to eat they were shutting it down, but there wasn’t enough food for the 3 of us , but unwilling to bring out more. Room service incomplete…we stayed 2 nights. Indoor pool, but closed for “season.” Person sleeping on floor in public area by water fountain.

The reason i reserved a room for 2 nights was for the indoor swimming pool. Upon arriving we were told the pool is closed during the winter months which was not posted on the website. The staff was amazing and the room was nice. I wont book another stay there unless its in the summer as my children love to swim and there are to many other places to stay that offer year around swimming.

The person checking me in didn't tell me that the indoor pool was closed for the winter. Why is an indoor pool closed to begin with? When we went to swim it was locked and they said it was closed for the winter :-(

Room doors are not sturdy. Strange smells in building and two rooms we were offered. Filthy grout on bathroom floor. Bed sheets that should have been white were grey.

Nothing wrong with the property when I got to my room te smoke detector was laying on the table and I went to the desk clerk and let her know so I didn’t get charged for it
