Oklahoma Accommodation

Every time I had a concern or need, it was taken care of promptly and then someone called to make sure it had been done and to my satisfaction. The staff were wonderful and I felt like my comfort and needs were job #1! I loved the seating area and that the chairs had an ottoman to put my feet one. That made me really feel at home. It was nice not having to sit on the bed to watch TV. Also the TV swiveled, so I could watch from any angle. I would gladly stay here again!

Don't judge a book by it's cover! The inside is fantastic, the room is large, the shuttle is worth it all, and the breakfast is very good! Not the best part of town but the hotel is very nice!

The hotel was very clean ,complementary breakfast was fresh and had a wide variety, the staff was friendly and very helpfull.

We came to Tulsa to attend the USA Mens Volleyball World League Matches. This hotel was right across the street from the Convention Center. The staff was friendly and helpful.

1st stay: no a/c but I saw that in the reviews and knew to expect that before I even paid for the room. Was in early May so not dreadfully hot and we took a fan for the night. We wouldn't be spending much time in the room anyways so we didn't mind. For that purpose I gave it 5 stars. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, shower worked wonderfully, staff was nice. Check in took a little bit of time but I believe it was not the staff's problem but issues on Expedia's end.

I accidentally laid my Kindle Fireon the banister around the escalator & only realized when we finished breakfast. I returned to the hotel & thankfully it was returned to the lobby checkin counter & I got it back. I was so very grateful!

Staff is very very kindly. the room is comfortable, but the TV is a little small and old.

I had picked up my son's from DFW International Airport and had pre-paid through expedia for this room. I had wished Dallas wouldn't have been so crazy to get around in or should I say get out of, because it would've been nice to have gotten to the motel earlier than we did so we could kick it longer. Everything when we got there was great! Clean,non-smoking, WiFi, Large flat screen w/ cable/movie channels, plenty of space, lotsa towels, modern, 2 comfy queen beds,a sofa bed,closets,dry cleaning available, in room coffee,fridge,sink,and microwave! Even the the pool closed at 11pm the front desk allowed us to go into the indoor pool and hot tub! They supplied extra pool towels! Very clean pool as well! Had fun w/ the kids and helped relax us after a stressful drive in Dallas. There was also a really nice exercise room, but we didn't take advantage of it. The area was very quite too! The morning continental breakfast was THE BEST I'd ever been to and the staff was really nice! :) I'd for sure recommend this motel to anyone and will be back to this one or any Springhill Suites in the future!! Thanks soooo much!
