The bad thing was that this property is apparently seaonsal and we were not told that some of the restuarnts were closed and that there was no where on site to have breakfast includong the continental breakfast that was also closed due to seasonal. "The beach was beautiful but the property had the balcony acccess blocked due to repairs. We were not informed before our stay. Due to sanding, dust was thick outside our door and the whole hallway. Plus the ocean view from the condo was from the side, not direct view. Southern Vacation rentals were aware. They charged us again after we had paid in full to Hotel.com"

"We went for my girlfriends Birthday week. Balloons and card in room when we arrived. The over all experience couldn't have been any better. If i had to mention 1 thing its the fact that the chair and umbrella rentals closed at 5pm . Way too early. You should consider the upside to staying open till at least 7pm. But we will come back and realy loved our experience. "
