Awesome view, spacious and clean. Balconies are big, right on the beach. Cons: only one small elevator working (residents say this is all the time), no cable in this unit,did have netflix (not sure if this comes with it or someone stayed logged in) . Could use some updates and beds are hard!

Dislikes People smoked on there balcony’s so it made it tough to enjoy sitting outside on our balcony. Would be better if vacation rental place gave check in information earlier than day of check in. We were out of cell phone reception for most of the day and it made it stressful trying to get into the resort at midnight. Would be nice to have a starter pack of coffee in room for first morning. Not a big deal but would have been nice and appreciated Overall stay was very good and would stay there again.

You could not ask for a better location for a beach vacation. The condo was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with modern appliances. While we never used the swimming pool, it looked spacious and well-kept. The gym was decent but needs a set of dumbbells. While cleaner than many beach properties we have inhabited, like most beach accommodations, the floor, in particular, needed a good deep-cleaning.....we could not walk on the floors barefoot or in socks. Our only complaints about the property were, unfortunately, big ones. First, one of the toilets overflowed our first night there and then ran continuously after that, every time we flushed, until we manually reached in the tank to close the rubber stopper, which was quite unpleasant. Second, only one of the elevators was functioning during our entire 5-night stay, resulting in very long lines waiting for an elevator and uncomfortably cramped and long elevator rides when your turn finally came.

The apartment was clean and beautiful, front to the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. Close to restaurants and gas stations. The supermarket is not close to the apartment but there’s a gas station near to the apartment if you want to buy like bread, eggs and a few stuff for breakfast but 12 eggs will cost you $12. You can take Uber to go to Walmart or Public supermarket. The only thing I don’t like about the rules of the apartment is that you will need to enter a code for go inside the building and use 2 times a code to open a gate in the pool area and building and that is too much security for enjoy a vacation. The apartment is beautiful in the 3rd floor with a nice kitchen, balcony. The pool is nice and the beach beautiful. To rent one umbrella and one chair will cost you $40 you can buy the umbrella in the souvenir store for that price. The time we were there was raining every day for the huracán in Jamaica and we couldn’t enjoy the beach a lot.

Decent place on Pensacola Beach

Nice place, however starting to show its age. The keyless entry system could use some work. Codes initially provided did not work, causing hassles and delays.

Great area, condo was well maintained. Only issue was cell signal and internet connection was awful the entire week. We had to work a few hours each day and we had better access to the internet on the actual beach compared to inside the condo connected to the network.

Nice place!

Everything was nice. Only thing i can say is the unit I stayed in was very pretty but the beds were not that comfortable. For the price i paid for the stay and the quality of the mattress was not great. Getting in was a headache had to call the 1800 number for help a lot of people were stuck at the gate because some issue on getting in.
