"Turned up and the access instructions were totally wrong. Room hadn't been cleaned and the cleaning team arrived 30 mins after check in and let me in. Photos have clearly been staged many of the items pictured are not there and many of the items listed as amenities aren't there. No kettle, coffee machine, iron (but there is an ironing board!!). The apartment is looking worn and in need of some paint and many features need some repair - tap in kitchen sink is so wobbly, no plugs in sink or...

"Excellent for the price, had all the basics done well a staff were helpful. The area surrounding the hotel is a little industrial, but with a short walk you can be in the centre of town so not a major issue, especially since it is so close to the main train station!"
