Grand hotel London is a small boutique hotel with rich history and unique design. Throughout the years the hotel has changed his name several times. After extensive renovation in 2004 it opened the doors under the name Grand hotel Musala Palace and soon became again the most prestigious place in Varna.
Tracing back to the original name of the hotel – Grand hotel London we want to exceed all expectations and look forward to the future. Our mission is to revive the traditions of the most classic hotels, combining the unique appearance, contemporary level of comfort and exquisite service.

“Old Grandeur relived”
Very nice hotel in the middle of Varna. Not cheap considering what it offers compared to modern 5 star hotels, but the atmosphere takes you back in time. Large and clean rooms, great location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent restaurant. If you can afford it thiscwould be your best bet in Varna.

“Classy Hotel”
The hotel is a great place to stay, and its staff is really helpful and courteous. They went the extra mile to make my stay a comfortable one, even though the weather wasn't helping that week. A couple of minor things though; I would make an effort to have a true business center with a fast connection (the laptop they lend you to check email is real slow and the wireless connection works on the 1st. floor only). Also, the room service should really be 24 hours a day; right now it ends by 10:30pm. I would definitely go back !!
“Very impressed”
Highly, highly recommended. Excellent accomodations; very attractive comfortable rooms. Situated in a central plaza area. Excellent service - we arrived in the early hours (3 am) at the Varna airport and the hotel sent a bellhop in a cab to pick us up. When we departed (very early in the morning) they packed some food for us for the trip, without us asking. We celebrated our daughters birthday in the restaurant. The service and food was very good. Everyone spoke English and there were no communication issues.
