We had such an amazing relaxing time. The rooms were big and cosy, everything you will need. The things to do around the resort were fantastic options galore that you don't need to leave.

Dissappointing

There are two things that disappointed me about this hotel. First the lack of cleaning and maintenance in general. Dirty windows and loose taps. Second, they told us that we could use the services and then they charged us an extra 20 dollars that they never notified in advance. I wouldn't go back.

Disappointing. They have really old tvs but front desk confirmed they do nothing. So you can’t relax in the room or connect your phone to them. The blow dryers don’t work. The tub is very old and looks rusty yellow. The robes need softener urgently. The staff hung up on me twice on random situations I had with the room. I wasn’t even arguing about them. Just very poor experience for a Sheraton. Expected something better kept together.

Não deveria constar como 5 estrelas. É no máximo um 3 estrelas. Instalações estão super velhas, não fazem manutenção. Móveis sucateados. Deve ter sido um 5 estrelas 20 anos atrás. Banheiro da nojo. Limpeza horrível. Banheira com cortina tinha até cabelo. Serviço péssimo de funcionários. São extremamente deselegantes, para dizer o mínimo. Sensação de ser aqueles resorts para massa popular, sem qualquer cuidado com o cliente. Quarto não tem nada de amenities. Sequer roupão e chinelo possuem. Absolutamente nada. Minha mãe possui dificuldade de locomoção, pedi quarto próximo ao elevador, não fizeram nada para conseguir. Pedi um banco de plástico para auxiliar no banho, coisa que todo o hotel de dispõe a ajudar, eles falaram que o hotel corre risco caso disponha. Insisti mas todos os funcionários de extrema má vontade. Nao auxiliam em nada pessoas com deficiência física. Café da manhã . Pouquíssimas coisas e cobram por fora ovos. Não permitem carregar carro elétrico. Spa velho, da nojo de ir nele. Não voltaria jamais

otras observations: “La relación costo–calidad claramente no coincide con lo que se muestra en las fotos.” “El mantenimiento y el servicio no están a la altura del costo actual del hotel.” anecdota decepcionante desde el check in: El horario oficial de ingreso al hotel es a las 15:00. Nuestro vuelo desde Buenos Aires llegó a las 11:00, por lo que consultamos de manera si existía la posibilidad de ingresar antes. Se nos informó el costo del early check in era de USD 60 adicionales, sobre una tarifa ya elevada preferimos d dejar nuestro equipaje en recepción y a almorzar, para regresar más tarde. perfecto hasta aca. Al volver al mostrador a las 14:15, consultamos si la habitación estaba disponible. La respuesta fue que hasta las 15:00 en punto no se nos podía entregar la habitación, a menos que abonáramos el cargo extra de USD 60. la habitación estaba limpia y lista para ser ocupada, por lo que esta negativa respondió únicamente a una aplicación rígida de la política del hotel, sin ningún criterio de atención al cliente. no nos dieron la Llave hasta exacta las 3 -

en general el hotel tiene un aspecto ya pasado de tiempo, me parece le hace falta una renovada en general, alfombras,accesorios, equipos, tapiz, etc. el personal por el contrario, muy amable y atento, muchas felicidades a todos ellos que en todo momento se encuentran con una sonrisa dispuestos a mejorar nuestra estancia. Me parece que la cadena deberia poner atencion a este tema de la apariencia, no creo que un hotel de esta talla se haya quedado en pasado por no decir olvido, fuera de eso la pase bien
