"It is a bit dingy, tight, and unkept but it is appropriate for the price. I’d stay again if I wanted to keep my accommodation low. It is really close to a subway station which is convenient. One thing to keep in mind though is that they do not watch your items if you’re only staying one night. So be sure to store your valuables in your capsule and close the blinds so that it looks you’re in your capsule."

"You need to understand what is a capsule hotel. Even though it looks a bit weird, it does exactly what it is made for. Giving you a place to sleep, dry and clean. The commodities are shared by all the customers, so you have to expect some flaws. Not because of the staff… they were always vacuuming the carpet and answering all the customers but this place bring a lot of weird persons and some don’t clean after them. I really enjoyed that place."

"My first time staying at a capsule/cube hotel. Was much more comfortable than I expected! Very quiet and had everything you'd need. Except, if you're a foreigner, don't expect any non-Japanese channels on the TV so bring your own tablet or cellphone for entertainment. The common room was where you could talk, eat or drink. Was pretty chill. And the staff were very friendly and helpful!"

"Such a wonderful stay! The property was very clean and smells good. I was happy to find that my pod provided a phone charger. The complimentary rice and curry for breakfast was delicious. Staff was very kind and allowed me to keep my luggage with them while I explored more of Shinjuku even after I already checked out. Would recommend this spot for solo travelers! "

"This is such a great capsule hotel. I have been telling everyone I know about it. With its good location (near a lot of food places and near a station). To its amenities that they offer, which I didn’t get from a normal hotel. I mean unlimited drinks, coffee, soft serve and more importantly free ramen. "

"Check in was very easy even as a customer unable to speak Japanese. I showed my Expedia booking and passport and given keycards and a rules guideline. Locker room/bathrooms/showers accessed via the elevator to base floor (men). It is well maintained and organized. On my last day someone had carelessly damaged one of the shower head handles, but it was still working fine. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in each private shower. "Good location. Within mins to Gotanda station. Have to leave luggage at front desk. But you do get a personal locker. You have to checkout daily from 10am-2pm. So you leave your luggage at front desk and put some items in locker. The rest you have to take with you. Shower and bathroom is shared. Just some things to know if you stay here."

"This is an excellent property for younger people. Not so much for an older one like me (65). The issue being the design of the sleeping pod. There is a curved portion to house a container of some kind. As a result, I always hit my head against it every time I go in or out. The premises are excellent. Clean and have amazing facility for the price. So close to the station. "
