“Not impressed”
Although we had paid for WIFI, it did not work at all for 1 week. The hotel parking lot was very congested. The knowledge of the personnel and the service was below expectations for a hotel in this category. Breakfest was ok: Sausage and boiled eggs cold, cold cut warm.

The biggest compliment we have for our stay was after we checked out. We were in an early morning hurry to catch a train and my husband accidently left his money clip with several hundred dollars cash in it. After traveling all day to another city and changing trains 3 times, we went straight to our the hotel and checked in. We had to change rooms a few hours after being in the hotel. The next day my husband realized his money clip was not with us. We checked with our current hotel to see if it was left in our first room & it was not. We called The Achat and the cleaning people had found it and turned it in. They would not accept a reward from us for being so honest. We would have never known what happened if the hotel employees would not have been so honest.
“Not a 4 star”
This is definitely not a 4 star...only a good 3 star. The location is good for seeing the old town on foot and it is a clean hotel. The housekeeping staff is good as is the restaurant staff but the front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired and is rather cold and disinterested in giving information, etc. The breakfast is mediocre and it is best to get there early, especially if a tour group is there.....they do not replenish the offerings unless asked.
