The signage needed to be clearer to find hotel check-in and there was no signage to designate where the pool was. We had to explore to find it and it was not very clean. The room, however was exceptionally clean and spacious and would rate that a 5 out of 5. Over all it was a great little get away for me and my husband.

The room was very spacious! We had a king suite in the All Suites Tower! There is plenty of places inside to eat, all of which we found excellent with very reasonable prices.

Staff was amazing and very helpful rooms were clean! And i mean actually clean not just to the eyes, beds were amazing pillows were so good we bought two . If you haven't stayed at a hard rock your missing out.

I loved the small details in the room. Like the guitars on the pillow cases. The warm chocolate chip cookies at check in didn’t hurt either.

I came in on Monday evening about 8:30 and found the food options very limited early in the week. If you want anything to eat Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday after standard dinner hour, be prepared to use the food court or go off property. Also if you are an early riser, don’t look for coffee or food before 7 AM those days as well. The diner was a great breakfast and the food court has tasty sandwiches and Mexican food. Can’t complain about that, just hours of availability. Property was clean, staff was friendly and the room and bed was comfortable.

The lamps in the room did not work and table tops were very dusty. The adult pool and hot tub had several kids under 14 daily.

Everything was great except the ridiculous policy that you cannot have alcohol in your room. I get not being able to take drinks you buy in the casino up to your room or bring your own drinks down to the casino. But the fact that I couldn’t bring beer that I bought at a convenience store into my room so that I can drink in my room is crazy.

I was pretty sure when I booked the property it said breakfast was included, but I didn't see anywhere that it was. Also, nothing in the room that had any instructions on Wi fi. But the room was clean, the hotel was clean.

I arrived at 8:30 pm on Monday, check in was easy and convenient but there were no dining options open in the hotel or casino. Fortunately there are fast and fast casual options across the street. I did notice options for breakfast, lunch and early dinner. Will try earlier another night.

Our room was dirty. The bedding was visibly soiled. The carpet had not been vacuumed and the bathroom shower had hair in it. We spoke with the housekeeper who was in the hall and showed her the room. She reported it to the manager who never got back with us. We have reached out multiple times with no response. We have even reached out to the hotel director and cannot get a response.
